Where your dialable queue actually is, against the area codes you own numbers in. A contact with no local caller ID gets dialled from an out-of-area number, which is one of the strongest "don't answer" signals there is — so the biggest gaps are the numbers worth buying first.

Buy numbers

New numbers are added as resting, not active. A fresh DID has no reputation history, and dropping one straight into rotation at full volume is how numbers get flagged early. Activate them below once you are ready to warm them in.

Pool

Sync reconciles this against what Telnyx says you own. Numbers released in the Telnyx portal but still marked active here would hand agents a caller ID the carrier rejects at dial time.

Import a list

Paste a CSV that has already been scrubbed in ReadyMode. Automated imports arrive by email through dialer-list-import; this is the manual path for a one-off file.

Lists

Imported contacts are dialable immediately, at no cost. The calling-hours gate needs each number's own time zone, and the area code carries it — a ported US number keeps its area code and its state, so the first three digits answer the question a paid lookup used to answer for $0.0015. Import also drops undialable numbers on the digits alone, and takes mobile-versus-landline from your file's phone-type column to rank the queue.

No time zone counts the rows whose area code this build's table does not carry. It reads zero on an ordinary US list. When it does not, you have two ways out and neither needs a paid lookup for the whole list: set the campaign's fallback time zone (Campaigns → Edit) so those rows are gated on it instead of refused, or use the button on that row to resolve just those numbers for real, at $0.0015 each.

Carrier check is optional now. The one thing free cannot see is a number that is well-formed and correctly zoned but dead; a carrier check finds those before the first dial, at $0.0015 each. Skipping it costs one wasted dial per dead number — the call log retires them automatically when the carrier answers "unallocated".

New campaign

Dial mode is preview or power only. There is deliberately no predictive option: one line per agent is what keeps the abandonment rate structurally zero, and changing that needs a pacing governor that does not exist in this system.

The window is in each contact's own local time, not yours.

Campaigns

Edit opens the queue's limits and the agents assigned to it. Assignment is a permission, not a filter: an agent who is not on a queue cannot read its contacts at all, whatever their screen shows them.

Agent statuses

What an agent can put themselves in, and what each one means to the system. Dials decides whether the queue keeps feeding them — Ready and Last call do; everything else holds the queue. Counts as is what a timesheet should call the time. Limit is a daily budget in minutes: it is advisory, and warns rather than logging anyone out, because cutting an agent off mid-call to enforce a break budget is worse than the overrun.

New queue

A queue answers a number, greets the caller, rings whoever is available and takes a message if nobody is. Agents only ring when their status allows inbound — Ready and Inbound only by default, which is set on the Agents tab.

Queues

Edit opens the greeting, timeouts, hours, the agents who answer it and the numbers that reach it. A queue with no number routed to it can never receive a call.

Calls

Playback links are minted on demand. Telnyx signs them for ten minutes at a time, so the URL stored against a call is dead within the hour and nothing here uses it — pressing play asks the carrier for a fresh one, which is why there is a short pause before audio starts.

Research a number

Everything this system holds about one phone number: which lists it arrived on, whether it is on the internal DNC, and every call ever placed to it. Any format works — (815) 822-5358, 8158225358 and +18158225358 all resolve to the same number.

Internal DNC entries

Append-only by design — suppression is evidence, so nothing is ever deleted to un-suppress. Any row here means the number is blocked for every campaign.

Agent performance

Talk is real conversation time; billed is what the carrier charges, rounded up to a whole minute per answered call. They diverge sharply and only the second reconciles to an invoice.

Campaign performance

Abandoned should always read zero. At one line per agent the agent is on the call before the contact's phone rings, so a live answer with nobody there cannot happen by design — a non-zero figure here is an incident in the call path, not a pacing number to tune.
